Vinya l'Hort

Some time ago, where we now find these vines of the Marcelan variety, had been the place that covered an imposing farmhouse, on the way to Olivella. It is a very stony bank above the Riera de Begues in the middle of the Garraf Massif. Very calcareous soil close to the bedrock where the plant clings to it to extract nutrients that will define a very small and concentrated grape. A special variety, the result of crossing Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, and a unique terroir.
